The Massachusetts works directly with 376 golf courses located across the state which provide service to more than 84,000 golfers who recorded 2 million rounds of golf in 2012 alone. That figure does not count the thousands of additional golfers who play occasionally or do not record a score. In total, nearly 70% of the golf courses in the Bay State are open for public play.

In addition, there are countless programs run by both organizations and PGA golf professionals that are aimed at providing opportunity for females, juniors, seniors, veterans, families and those with disabilities.
